Nanna you left me at 3.30am on February the 6th 2011 I was with you till your last breath. I spent your last three days by your side not leaving you and I am so glad I did and I hope that you heard everything that I said to you. My heart is now in a million pieces, I don’t think you would ever know how much I loved you. Today it felt like I not only lost my Nanna but I lost my best friend. You were always there when no one else was. You were no doubt the best. My life isn’t going to be the same without you Nan. Tonight I went outside and looked up at the stars and tried to find you and I am sure that I saw you up there. I will do that for you every night to say hello and tell you I love you. I talk to you still telling you how much I love you I really hope you can hear me. I hope that you will still watch over me like you promised you would do. At your funeral this week I will try my hardest to speak for you like you asked but I don’t know how well it will turn out. But I hope you’re proud with whatever I can do.
